If any structure or equipment is in, upon or near any public street, sidewalk, alley or highway during the night, it shall be equipped with a sufficient number of clearance lights on both sides, and marker lights upon the extreme ends of any projecting load, to clearly mark the dimensions of any such structure or equipment together with any vehicle attached to or conveying such load.
