12.32.020: OBEDIENCE TO SIGNALS:
No driver of a vehicle shall disobey the instructions of any traffic control device placed in accordance with the provisions of this title, unless at the time he is otherwise directed by a police officer, or subject to the exceptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle in this title.
