9.28.080: ENFORCEMENT RESPONSIBILITY:
The Valley health department shall have primary, but not exclusive, enforcement responsibility for this chapter as it relates to stationary sources, and joint enforcement responsibility with appropriate law enforcement agencies as it relates to vehicular sources.
