Any party who shall fail to do those acts required in this chapter, and any party who shall do or cause those acts prohibited herein to be done shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor unless such offense is specifically designated as a Class C misdemeanor, an infraction, or a civil violation. Each and every day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 55-18, 2018)
