9.08.160: VEHICLES STANDING ON STREET PROHIBITED WHEN:
It is unlawful for any person to suffer, permit, or allow any vehicle loaded with solid or liquid waste to be or remain standing upon any public street within the city any longer than may be necessary for the purpose of loading and transporting the same. (Ord. 72-15, 2015)
