9.08.130: UNAUTHORIZED COLLECTION:
It is unlawful for any person to remove any refuse, recyclable items, or green waste set out for service provider collection on a regular collection day. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit any person from removing refuse, recyclable items, or green waste produced on premises actually occupied by the person removing said waste. (Ord. 72-15, 2015)
