9.08.020: SALT LAKE VALLEY HEALTH DEPARTMENT POWERS:
All salvage work shall be subject to the direction and control of the Salt Lake Valley Health Department. The Salt Lake Valley Health Department has adopted rules and regulations regarding solid waste and recycling management, and such rules and regulations apply within Salt Lake City and supersede this chapter where they are inconsistent with this chapter. (Ord. 72-15, 2015)
