5.86.180: DRUGS AND MEDICINES; LABELING REQUIREMENTS:
It is unlawful for any person to carry on business as a dealer in drugs and medicines, within the limits of the city, or for any person employed by such person, to fail or neglect properly to label the containers of such drugs in a plain and legible manner, in the English language.
