Applicants for the license required by section 5.86.054 of this chapter or its successor, shall file an application in writing with the License Office which, in addition to providing any information required under section 5.02.060 of this title or its successor section, shall also show the plan and location of applicant's proposed place of business, the number of rooms or spaces available to tenants or automobile house cars, cabins, trailer houses or house courts, and state in detail the source of water supply and kind and number of toilets, bath and shower facilities available for use by male and female guests respectively.
