5.68.030: PERMIT; REQUIRED WHEN; CONDITIONS:
It is unlawful for any person to use or operate any sound device or apparatus unless such person shall have first obtained a permit issued by the City License Office in the manner prescribed in this chapter, and unless such person shall comply with the provisions of this section and the terms and conditions prescribed in such permit.
