It is unlawful for any business licensed for nude entertainment to be located within three hundred feet (300') of a business licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol. The distance shall be measured from the nearest point of the property line of the nude entertainment business to the nearest point of the property line of the business licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol, without regard to intervening structures, streets, or other barriers.
