Sexually oriented business and employee licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall date from approval of issuance by the city and shall expire on the same date as the expiration of the base business license as set forth in section 5.02.120 of this title, or its successor section. The license fees required under section 5.61.120 of this chapter shall not be prorated for any portion of a year, but shall be paid in full for whatever portion of the year the license is applied for.
