5.16.130: AUCTIONEER'S LICENSE; ISSUANCE AND RENEWAL:
Upon the approval of a proper application form and payment by the applicant of the fees provided in this chapter, and upon the filing by the applicant of the bond required by this chapter, the license supervisor is authorized to grant or renew an auctioneer's license for any period of time not exceeding one year.
