It is unlawful for any person to engage directly in the installing, servicing, maintaining, repairing, moving or removing, in or on any building or other property within the city, any intrusion, duress or other emergency alarm system, or monitoring and relaying calls for such system, unless such person has in his/her possession a valid individual license issued by the state pursuant to section 58-55-311, Utah Code Annotated, or successor sections.
