Upon the payment of the fees provided for in section 5.05.135 of this chapter, or its successor, a vehicle business license sticker or plate, as determined by the city's transportation engineer, shall be issued by the license supervisor for each vehicle licensed under holder's certificate of convenience and necessity, which sticker or plate must be affixed to each of said vehicles as directed by the city's transportation engineer.
