Notice of the public hearing provided in section 5.05.110 of this chapter, or its successor section, shall be given to the applicant, and to all persons to whom certificates of public convenience and necessity have been theretofore issued and who are regulated under the same chapter of this title, by United States mail, and notice shall be given the general public of the city by posting a notice of such hearing in the office of the city recorder.
