The applications, with accompanying statements and bonds, shall be numbered by the License Supervisor in the order in which they appear in the License Supervisor's Office and, after numbering, the bonds shall be filed in the Office of the License Supervisor, and the applications shall be filed in the Office of the License Supervisor in the order in which they are recorded in the assessment rolls.
