2.56.040: DEPARTMENTAL STAFF TO ASSIST IN VERIFICATION OF RECORDS:
It shall be the duty of the department heads and designated employees to cooperate with the designated property agents in the location, identification, marking and maintaining required property records for new acquisitions and during periodic spot audits.
