Every advertisement or communication made for a political purpose which is broadcast or published by means of television, radio, newspaper, billboards, direct mailings, automatic telephone equipment, paid telephonists, leaflets, fliers, posters, bumper stickers or other printed matter shall contain a disclosure of the name of the personal campaign committee or political committee responsible for its broadcast or publication.
