2.35.070: COMMITTEE ACTIONS SHALL NOT BIND THE MAYOR OR CITY COUNCIL:
The recommendations of the committee shall not be deemed to bind the mayor and the city council in their determination of total compensation levels for their employees. Nothing herein shall be construed to be a delegation of the mayor's and the city council's responsibility and authority to establish the total compensation levels for their employees.
