2.34.010: DESIGNATION OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY:
The city council is designated as the redevelopment agency of the city and shall have the power to transact the business and exercise all the powers provided for in the "Utah neighborhood development act", section 11-19-1 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, or its successor. (Ord. 44-82 § 1, 1982: prior code § 24-8-9)
