2.33.060: ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP:
A person, to be eligible to be appointed as a member of the board, shall meet the following prerequisites:
   A.   Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
   B.   Be a resident of the city. (Ord. 67-13, 2013)
