The council shall consist of an executive committee comprised of a chairman, appointed by the mayor, one vice chairman and three (3) additional members who shall be appointed by the executive director and council chairman. The executive committee shall have representation from the categories listed above and shall serve for one year. The executive committee may carry out council business between regular council meetings, with their action subject to ratification or rejection by the council. (Ord. 67-13, 2013)
