2.24.060: APPEAL OF DECISION OF DISCIPLINARY APPEALS HEARING OFFICER:
A final written decision of a disciplinary appeals hearing officer may be appealed by either party to the Utah Court of Appeals within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the decision was certified with the Salt Lake City Recorder. (Ord. 57-20, 2020)
