2.24.020: CREATION OF DISCIPLINARY APPEALS PROCESS:
In accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, disciplinary appeals hearing officers shall hear and adjudicate appeals filed by eligible City employees seeking to overturn final appealable disciplinary decisions. (Ord. 57-20, 2020)
