2.10.030: DISSEMINATION OF CRIMINAL RECORD HISTORY INFORMATION:
The chief of police or his/her designated agent shall have authority to disseminate nonconviction criminal history record information as defined by federal regulations 28 CFR part 20 subpart A section 20.3, or its successor, to such persons and agencies within the limits set forth by state and federal statutes and regulations.
