55-2-2: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter applies to fee waiver requests made to Salt Lake City under the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA), Utah Code Annotated section 63G-2-203, or its successor provision. This chapter replaces and supersedes any previous City policies on fee waivers. This chapter should be applied so that it is consistent with GRAMA, Utah Code Annotated section 63G-2-101 et seq., and title 2, chapter 2.64, "City Records", of the City Code, or their successor provisions.
