54-7-5: COSTS OF TESTING AND WORK TIME:
   A.   Prospective Employees: The City shall pay the costs of pre-employment drug testing for prospective employees but does not compensate prospective employees for time or transportation required to complete the testing unless required otherwise by Federal or State law.
   B.   Employees:
      1.   Any controlled substance or alcohol testing shall occur during or immediately after the regular work period and shall be deemed work time for purposes of compensation and benefits for current employees.
      2.   The City shall pay all costs of testing, including the cost of transportation, if the testing of a current employee is conducted at a place other than the workplace. (2019 Compilation)
