A. Verification: After all servicing operations are complete, verify that no one is exposed to danger from the startup of equipment. Check to see that all tools have been removed, and the guards have been reinstalled.
B. Notification: Notify all affected employees of the ending of the lockout, and the impending startup of the affected equipment.
C. Removal: Remove locks and tags.
D. Startup: Start up equipment, if necessary.
E. Notification: Notify affected employees that the servicing or maintenance is completed and the machine or equipment is ready for use. (2019 Compilation)
