54-3-10: FOOT PROTECTION:
Regulatory requirements are contained in 29 CFR 1910.136.
   A.   When Required: Each affected employee shall wear approved foot protection when working in areas where there is a possibility of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, objects piercing the sole, and where the feet are exposed to electrical hazards.
   B.   Maintenance, Inspection: The employee shall provide proper care and maintenance of safety footwear. Inspections for defects that effect employee safety, shall be made on a regular basis. (2019 Compilation)
