54-3-5: WRITTEN PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT PROGRAM:
Salt Lake City Corporation relies upon the cooperation of each department/division/section in order to complete the following:
   A.   Identify Hazards: Identify hazardous environments in the workplace.
   B.   Select, Utilize Protection: Select, and have affected employees utilize, the types of PPE that will protect employees from identified hazards.
   C.   Training: Train affected employees to recognize when protective equipment use is required, and the proper use and care of this equipment. (2019 Compilation)
