53-13-3: PROCEDURE:
As Salt Lake City does not provide uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage for its vehicles, no special process for filing a claim exists or is needed. However, the following procedure applies to the filing of all claims against the City:
   A.   Notice Of Claim: All claims shall be filed with the City pursuant to the notice of claim requirements as established in Utah Code Annotated section 63G-7-401 et seq.
   B.   Forms: Claim forms can be acquired from the Division of Risk Management. (2019 Compilation)
