The CAFR, Operating Data, and Event notices required to be submitted to the MSRB pursuant to the Disclosure Policy will be submitted to the Dissemination Agent to be filed through EMMA in a searchable, electronic format, and will be accompanied by identifying information, including all relevant CUSIP identification numbers of outstanding Obligations, in the manner prescribed by the MSRB, or in such other manner as is consistent with the Rule. A description of such format and information as currently prescribed by the MSRB is included in Exhibit A hereto.
