In order to avoid a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest, the Hearing Officer shall not hear matters involving employees of the Salt Lake City Finance Department. Those matters will be referred to the City Prosecutor's Office for adjudication of parking notices. (2019 Compilation)
