A. Building Height: Public, semipublic or public service buildings, hospitals, institutions or schools, when permitted in a district, may be erected to a height not exceeding seventy five feet (75'), subject to Federal Aeronautics Administration approval of such height.
B. Accessory Buildings: Accessory buildings for such uses may be built in a required rear yard to a height not to exceed fifty feet (50').
C. Determination Of Front Yard: Where the use is located on a lot having a double frontage or a lot at the intersection of two (2) or more streets, the owner shall designate one side as the principal front of the building and that side only shall be required to meet the front yard requirements.
D. Parking: Off street parking for the uses may be provided in required front, side or rear yards.

A. More than one main building may be located upon a lot or tract, but only when such buildings conform to all open space requirements around the lot for the district in which the lot or tract is located.
B. For the purpose of the side yard regulations, a two-family dwelling, a group of row houses, or a multiple dwelling shall be considered as one building occupying one lot.
