12-13-6: HEIGHT LIMITS:
   A.   Chimneys, Cooling Towers, Etc.: Chimneys, cooling towers, elevator bulkheads, fire towers, monuments, stacks, stage towers or scenery lofts, tanks, water towers, and necessary mechanical appurtenances may be erected to a height in accordance with FAA and any existing or hereafter adopted ordinance of the Village.
   B.   Storage Buildings: Buildings that are to be used for storage purposes may only exceed the maximum number of stories that are permitted in the district in which they are located, but each building shall not exceed the number of feet of building height permitted in such districts.
   C.   Fences:
      1.   Fences constructed of solid wood surface may be erected to a height not exceeding five feet (5') along the boundaries of a lot; except, that no such fence shall be erected within thirty feet (30') of a street intersection.
      2.   Wire fences and other fences in which the openings between the materials of which the fence is constructed represent more than seventy percent (70%) of the total fence area may be erected to a height of eight feet (8'), except within thirty feet (30') of a street intersection.
