12-13-11: NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES RESTRICTED IN CERTAIN DISTRICTS:
Whenever the number of employees is restricted in connection with any use in the Commercial or Service and Light Industrial District, such maximum number applies only to employees engaged in processing or treating materials or products on the premises and not to employees engaged in selling, clerical, delivery or activities.
