   EDITOR'S NOTE: See City of Rocky River vs. the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company as decided December 27, 1973, by the Eighth District Ohio Court of Appeals Docket Numbers 32640 and 32660. Appeal by the City was dismissed April 4, 1974, by the Ohio Supreme Court, Docket Number 74-150. The City contracts with the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company for street lighting services by ordinance. Consult the Council Clerk for the current contract ordinance.
