923.02 PERMIT FOR POWER LINES ALONG RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY; PLANS AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION.
    (a)    No person shall construct or maintain within a railroad right of way, or within one hundred (100) feet thereof, an electric power line carrying greater voltage than two hundred fifty (250) volts without first obtaining a permit therefor from Council. No charge shall be made for such permit.
   (b)    The applicant shall file plans and specifications which shall show the course and the route of such proposed line in or through the City. (Ord. 19-72. Passed 2-28-72.)
   (c)    The installation of any line referred to in subsection (a) hereof shall be underground except as provided by Ohio R.C. 4905.65.
   The method of installation shall be any method of construction which is in accordance with generally accepted safety standards and with the minimum requirements as approved by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio or the National Electric Safety Code.
