923.03 PERMIT FOR POWER LINES UNDER 33 KV; PLANS AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION.
   (a)   No person shall construct or maintain an electric power line carrying any voltage within the range of two hundred fifty (250) to thirty-three thousand (33,000) volts, without first obtaining a permit therefor from Council. No charge shall be made for such a permit.
   (b)   The applicant shall file plans and specifications which shall show the course and the route of such proposed line in or through the City. (Ord. 20-72. Passed 2-28-72.)
   (c)   The installation of any line referred to in Subsection (a) hereof shall be underground except as provided by Ohio R.C. 4905.65.
   The method of installation shall be any method of construction which is in accordance with generally accepted safety standards and with the minimum requirements as approved by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio or the National Electric Safety Code.
