§ 96.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 96.001, or the conditions of any permit granted hereunder, shall be liable to a fine of not less than $20, nor more than $50, and shall additionally be liable for all costs of repairing or replacing any public property damaged as a result of any violation.

   (C)   Any violation of § 96.002 shall be subject to immediate abatement and any person violating § 96.002 shall be subject to a civil penalty in an amount not less than $50 and not more than $500 for each offense. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person violating § 96.003 shall be subject to a civil penalty of in an amount not less than $50 and not more than $500 for each offense.

   (E)    Any person violating § 96.004 shall be subject to a civil penalty of in an amount not more than $2,500 for a first offense and not more than $7,500 any subsequent offense. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
   (F)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 96.050 through 96.057 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500 for each continuing day on which a violation occurs. In addition, such person shall be liable for all costs of restoring any public property damaged or disrupted through an act of violation.
