AN ACT TO REVISE AND CONSOLIDATE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF ROCKAWAY BEACH AND TO REPEAL PRIOR LOCAL ACTS.
SECTION 1. The Charter of the City of Rockaway Beach hereby is revised and consolidated to read as follows: THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF ROCKAWAY BEACH, OREGON.

PREAMBLE
We, the voters of Rockaway Beach, Oregon exercise our power to the fullest extent possible under the Oregon Constitution and laws of the state, and enact this Charter to guide our City Government.
