§ 52.096 ESTABLISHMENT OF RATES AND SERVICES.
   There are hereby established for the water and services rendered by the waterworks of the city, except as otherwise may be provided by contract, the rates and services listed in this subchapter, based upon the amount of water supplied during each monthly water billing period.
