§ 52.019 INSTALLATION AND PIPE COSTS.
   (A)   Upon payment of all required fees and costs, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue the water service applicant a receipt and the receipt shall be presented to the Superintendent of the Waterworks and the city will then cause the water main to be tapped and service pipe of the size designated connected with the main and laid to the tree line in front of the premises to be served with water, provided there is a city water main in the street adjacent to the premises.
   (B)   If there is no such water main, then the service pipe will be designated an extended line and the applicant shall pay the regular tapping fees, and in addition thereof, in the event the distance of the extended line exceeds 20 feet, the following fees shall be charged:

   (C)   These fees and costs shall include the tapping, furnishing and laying of a service pipe corporation stop, stop-box and curb stop.
