The Waterworks Department shall make all water service turn-ons and turn-offs. A service charge of $20 will be made to the property owner or water user for each turn-on and each turn-off made by the Department Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A service charge of $40 will be made for turn-offs at all other times, and there will be no turn-ons outside normal business hours.
