No person shall willfully and maliciously cut, injure, damage, tamper with or destroy or deface any fire hydrant or any fire hose or any fire engine, or other public or private firefighting equipment or any apparatus appertaining to such equipment, or to intentionally open any fire hydrant without proper authorization.

It shall be unlawful to willfully, maliciously or negligently break, deface, injure or destroy any telegraph or telephone pole, post or wire, or any electric light post, pole or electric conductor, wire or lamp or any other thing connected with the same or belonging thereto, or any water main, gas main, pipe or hydrant or lamp or lamppost, or anything belonging to or connected therewith or with any of them.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, in any manner or form, to deface, disfigure, damage, molest, remove or destroy any of the street signs or parts thereof located in the village.
(B) It shall be unlawful to injure, deface or interfere with any property belonging to the village without proper authority from the village.

(A) It shall be unlawful as a trespass for any person to enter upon any part of any village-owned parking lot, whether in a vehicle or otherwise, at any time when the main entrance to said parking lot is closed or when a notice is posted or exhibited at the main entrance of the parking lot stating that the parking lot is closed to the public.
(B) No person shall be permitted to remain, stop or park within the confines of any village park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. prevailing local time, except in emergency, or with special permit for just cause issued by the village.
(C) Notice to all persons is given that the above mentioned entries are prohibited and shall constitute actual notice to all persons that entry is forbidden.
