§ 134.01 POSSESSION OF CANNABIS.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to knowingly possess cannabis within the municipal limits.

(B) All terms herein shall be defined as in the Cannabis Control Act (720 ILCS 550/1 et seq.) now in effect or as hereinafter amended.
