After obtaining a valid zoning certificate, in accordance with Section 1262.02, the following uses are permitted in the "A" Agricultural District:
(a) Accessory structure;
(b) Agriculture;
(c) Dwelling, one-family, permanent use;
(d) Golf course, except a golf course, miniature or practice driving range operated for commercial purposes;
(e) Guest house;
(f) Home occupation;
(g) Home office;
(h) Motor vehicle storage (enclosed, four or less vehicles, non-commercial);
(i) Nursery or greenhouse;
(j) Public parking area on a lot abutting a "C-1", "C-2" and/or "M" District when located and developed as required in Chapter 1284, and provided that the parking area does not extend more than 200 feet from the boundary of the "C-1", "C-2" and/or "M" District;
(k) Riding stable.

The following special uses are subject to approval as provided for in Chapter 1288:
(a) Bed and breakfast inn;
(b) Boat, boat cradle/boat trailer/boat rack storage, rental sites (enclosed);
(c) Community building and recreational field, community swimming pool, and community facility privately owned and operated;
(d) Dwelling, one-family, temporary use;
(e) Low impact wind-powered electric generator/windmill;
(f) Museum;
(g) Rental room;
(h) Temporary use;
(i) Boat launching ramp, private.

Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Chapter 1284.

Each lot shall have a minimum width of 100 feet, a minimum depth of 120 feet, and a minimum area of 20,000 square feet. A lot of less width, depth or area which was so recorded at the time of the adoption of the zoning code or any subsequent amendments thereto, may be occupied by a dwelling, one-family, permanent use, if the owner thereof owns no adjoining land and if yard and other requirements of the zoning code are met. Measurements shall be made to the street right-of-way line.

(b) Side Yard. There shall be a side yard of not less than ten feet.
(c) Rear Yard. There shall be a rear yard of not less than twenty-five feet.
