In the districts listed below, stated minimum floor areas shall be provided as specified. Also, no dwelling shall be built without a concrete slab or a solid concrete or solid block foundation.

(a) Each dwelling unit of a dwelling, two-family and a dwelling, multiple-family shall meet the minimum floor area requirements of the "R-2" Residential District.
(b) The foregoing areas shall be exclusive of open or enclosed porches, decks, patios, breezeways, and garages. (Ord. 540-89. Passed 2-14-89.)
