Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.001 through 90.008, § 90.011, §§ 90.020 through 90.024, §§ 90.035 through 90.043(A), §§ 90.044 through 90.049, §§ 90.060 through 90.081 and §§ 90.090 through 90.092 shall become liable for all damage and expense thereby caused by the city or any other person or persons by reason of the violation, in addition to the criminal penalties provided in § 90.999.
